Never received the product, and getting the refund is being very difficult.
"I was very excited to try this oil. I usually like many of Living Proof products. I couldn’t find the oil in Sephora or Ulta. So I decided to buy it online. However, I never received the product. I never received an email telling me what the problem was. I had to track the problem myself: the address wasn’t correct, and UPS sent back the product. I checked my address in my order, and it was correct. The problem occurred at the moment of shipping. Then I inquired about the possibility of sending the product back to me, and someone from customer services stated that I would have to purchase it again, as the problem would persist otherwise. I asked for a refund, because I didn’t want to pay extra and/or have this problem again. Since then, I haven’t been waiting for my refund for a product I ordered a month ago. Still, not sure when I will receive it. Hopefully soon. I think the brand needs a best way to handle shipping and refunds."
