"I purchased both the shampoo and conditioner. The formulation feels very rich and luxurious, made my curly hair easier to comb out while wet. The fragrance was wonderfully fresh (and I generally dislike most). However, the scent ends up turning to a bitter and like a cheap perfume once the hair is dry. Will be returning solely for this reason. Could have been 5-stars if it wasn't for this issue."

"So disappointed. I’ve used Living Proof for years now - I have lots of chemical sensitivities and they were literally the only shampoo and conditioner I could tolerate. I assume they reformulated them to cut costs because the result is atrocious. The shampoo over-cleanses like it’s a detox shampoo and the Full conditioner no longer hydrates, leaving a flat, dry, lifeless mess. And I now react to the product.
