"Honestly I would only recommend using it on days when you use lots of hair styling products and need a deep cleanse. No need for it on daily basis. Other LP shampoos do the cleaning job just fine. This one I use occasionally"
"This one is gentle. I think other brands offer ones that get the scalp a bit cleaner but probably dry hair out more. For some scalp and hair texture combos this might be perfect but my scalp will need something a little more astringent."
