Personal Information: Through this Site, Living Proof may collect personal information from users purchasing or expressing interest in purchasing Living Proof products, or registering to receive the Living Proof newsletter. The personal information we collect includes: (a) if you purchase products from Living Proof, your name, email address, physical and/or postal address, telephone number, and credit card number; and (b) if you only register to receive our newsletter, your name and email address. Such information is described herein as the "Personal Information".

The terms and conditions need to be updated to reflect the correct legal entity name and the footer of the websites needs the similar update.
